Start off your business officially in Malaysia by incorporating a "Sdn Bhd" (Private Limited) company.
The main reason for starting a Private Limited company is that it gives the business owners limited liability which is not available in other forms of businesses such as partnerships or sole proprietorships. Your business credibility will also be enhanced as most reputable business ventures are Private Limited companies.
